Arte Construction

Who Are We

Who Are We

As a Principal Contractor that specialises in fire remediation, Arte Construction understands the importance of safe design, construction, and the occupation of higher-risk buildings. Following the Building Safety Act, we have successfully delivered numerous projects that include the rectification of building envelope providing solutions on buildings that are considered a fire safety risk.

Located in London, we work in partnership with some of the UK’s largest Developers and Registered Providers (Countryside and Vistry, Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Taylor Wimpy, and Barratt Homes) to redevelop their existing stock as Principal Contractor.

We provide a full turnkey solution where we seamlessly manage the design, planning and execution of their remediation works. Most recently, we successfully replaced the external cladding system of Issogonis House in Acton Vale, London for Shepherds Bush Housing Group/Countryside ensuring the full integration of our Technical team with the Fire Engineer and Building Regulations Principal Designer to drive improvements in building safety and the performance of the project.

As a company, Arte has combined senior leadership experience of 100 years working for Tier 1 contractors. This wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience is balanced with a flat organisation structure that promotes an agile and progressive approach towards design interrogation, construction management, communication and decision making.

Communication and stakeholder engagement is fundamental to the success of our projects; from our first involvement at design stage with the client, design team and occupiers, to onsite delivery.

Our teams are fully focused on delivering exemplar interaction with the client, end users and community. We keep all stakeholders fully engaged throughout the process with progress, impact, addressing concerns, access, egress, and programme whilst supporting and managing local relationships.

Culturally, safety is at the forefront of our projects alongside a genuine drive for improving building quality, safety and performance. This is achieved through our processes and leadership behaviours which promote high levels of personal integrity and taking personal responsibility for the competence of our work.

We take our obligations seriously and understand the importance of taking full accountability, our duty of care, and behaving ethically in the delivery of fire remedial works.
