The first stage involved replacing render and decking systems to improve fire performance and durability. The second delivered a new bin store extension, including groundworks, brickwork, fire-rated doors and finishes, alongside landscaping and external paving.

Working beside the Shoreditch Trust Community Facility and an NHS maternity outreach service required sensitive programming and careful control of noise, dust and access. A full-time Site Manager also acted as Resident Liaison Officer, supporting clear communication and completion of both stages on time.
