Project Description:

Arte Construction delivered façade remediation at Lavender Hill, removing existing render and aluminium cladding and reinstating the external finishes to meet building safety requirements. Our scope included developing the contractor’s design elements and coordinating the associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations.

Works were sequenced in defined bays to minimise exposed elevations, with temporary fire-rated and waterproof protection provided where immediate reinstatement was not possible. Inspections and hold points verified key installation stages throughout.

Resident parking and access to the ground-floor food hall were maintained, while the food hall’s air-conditioning and chilling systems remained operational and protected. Detailed logistics planning, just-in-time deliveries and close liaison with building users supported safe delivery within the occupied development.
