Project Description:

Arte Construction completed façade remediation at Coleman Fields, including timber cladding replacement, render removal, demolition and rebuilding of brick and blockwork associated with the timber frame, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.

To protect residents and limit exposure of the building fabric, works progressed in defined bays, with reinstatement completed the same day wherever practicable. Temporary fire-rated boarding and weather protection were installed where sections could not be closed immediately.

Just-in-time deliveries reduced congestion and storage demands, while protected access routes and controlled scaffolding maintained safe movement around the building. Staged inspections and hold points verified the installation of sheathing, cavity barriers and replacement façades before subsequent works proceeded.
