Arte Construction successfully delivered the cladding remediation project at Hoxton Wharf by applying rigorous health and safety standards, proactive planning, and a resident-focused approach. 

Despite early structural challenges that extended the preconstruction phase, the team re-sequenced activities, increased resources, and accelerated works to achieve the original completion date while maintaining safe access for residents throughout.
