Arte Construction has been appointed by Bellway, the client for this project, to deliver the fire remediation works at Venture Court. We understand that construction works within occupied residential buildings can create uncertainty and disruption, and we are committed to keeping residents informed, supported and engaged throughout the project.
This portal has been created as a central source of project information, providing easy access to updates, key contacts, resident meetings, newsletters and important project communications. Our aim is to ensure residents receive clear, timely and accessible information throughout the remediation programme.
The portal is intended to complement Bellway’s Resident Connect Hub and not to duplicate official remediation information or formal communications already provided by Bellway. Arte Construction’s project team, including the dedicated Resident Liaison Lead, will work closely with residents throughout the programme to minimise disruption where possible and ensure any questions or concerns are addressed promptly.
